Gilead Group Shepherds Linxup to Greater Growth and Opportunity

Linxup Offers Value in Efficiency with Evolving GPS Technologies

Founded in 2004 as Agilis Systems, Linxup has grown to become a leader in SaaS-based GPS telematics and tracking solutions. The value behind everything that Linxup does is the ability to make complicated things simple for their clients. More to the point, Linxup focuses on delivering location-based solutions for businesses and individual consumers that cut operational costs and save time.

Linxup’s GPS tracking solutions have blossomed into a long list of services. These include Fleet Tracking, Personal Tracking, Vehicle Tracking, Dash Cameras, Asset & Equipment Tracking, and Electronic Logging Devices. With each service, Linxup provides a combination of cutting-edge hardware and intuitive software solutions. These services are tailored to the needs of businesses. They deliver a wealth of tracking data that offer peace of mind and insights for more efficient operations.

Gilead Group Shares in Linxup’s Hard Work and Success

Since its founding, Linxup has targeted aggressive growth for its customer base and range of services. Gilead Group played an integral role in Linxup’s early success as Agilis Systems. In the early years, Gilead Group was Linxup’s largest investor, providing strategic and operational support as well. Two Gilead Group partners served key roles in the daily operations of Linxup, further strengthening the relationship.

Today, Linxup offers robust location-based solutions through a software-as-a-service platform. This platform helps all kinds of clients to increase safety, improve management, increase productivity, and cut costs. As these tools are adopted by an ever-widening scope of industries, Linxup’s potential for growth remains strong.

In February of 2019, Gilead Group received partial liquidity of its Linxup investment from Spectrum Equity. (Read more about Spectrum Equity’s investment in Linxup here.)

Vic Parker of Spectrum Equity said, “We see the Agilis platform as potentially transformational for businesses with distinct needs and asset tracking use cases that legacy telematics solutions have not effectively addressed. We look forward to supporting the company’s commitment to making IoT solutions accessible and functional for growing businesses with the help from additional channel partnerships and product integrations.”

This new investment partnership signals a strong outlook for Linxup as their firm foundation is met with greater opportunities and resources. The team at Gilead Group is proud of the work done alongside Linxup as it has grown and adapted to meet the needs of new markets. We can’t wait to see what comes next.
