Strong, knowledgeable management team:
Our team values businesses that have a competent and experienced management team, especially the founder who is the driving force behind the business.

Interested in a collaborative investment relationship:
We seek businesses that want to work with Gilead Group as a partner, not just as a source of capital. Gilead Group believes that collaboration is the key to success and mutual benefit.

Linxup: Previously known as Agilis Systems, Linxup is a top provider of fleet and asset tracking solutions tailored to the needs of individuals, small to mid-sized service companies, and fleets. Their software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offers robust location-based solutions to help customers increase safety, improve fleet management, boost mobile worker productivity, and decrease operating costs. The company offers these services through their well-known brands, including Linxup, AwareGPS, and MOTOsafety. In February 2019, Gilead obtained partial liquidity of their investment through an equity recapitalization in Linxup by Spectrum Equity.

Joink: Joink is a technology company based in Indiana, USA, that offers a wide range of services including internet, voice, data, and cloud solutions. The company was founded in 2000 by local entrepreneurs who saw a need for reliable internet services in rural areas. Since then, Joink has expanded to serve businesses and individuals throughout Indiana and Illinois and has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the region. Gilead Group received partial liquidity of its investment on December 2021 with an equity recapitalization in Joink from DIF Capital Partners.’

PenPath: PenPath is a marketing intelligence platform that helps marketers measure and optimize their marketing performance across multiple channels. PenPath was founded by Alex Cruz in 2014 as a bootstrapped startup. In 2018, Gilead Group invested $1M in PenPath to help it scale its operations and expand its customer base. Since then, PenPath has grown its revenue by over 300% and has become one of the leading marketing intelligence platforms in the market.
